"My wife and I had our house under contract to be sold when the unthinkable happened. A pipe burst in an upstairs bathroom and flooded 2/3 of our home while no-one was there to stop it. The house was nearly destroyed three weeks before our scheduled closing. We were facing the very real possibility of losing our buyers as well as our house.
Fortunately my good friend recommended we talk with you. From our first meeting, it was clear you were an experienced professional with a company of professional employees behind you. We tasked you with the nearly impossible: to completely rebuild and refurbish about 2,000 sqft of our home on two levels, including extensive drywall work, tile work, cabinetry, insulation, duct work, and hard wood floors.... all in 2 weeks.
Needless to say, you came through in a big way. Your team showed up and knew exactly what to do. I've been in the contracting business and have extensive experience remodeling houses myself, and don't dole out praise unless it's warranted. “I cannot say enough positive things about Greg Hyre and his team at Hyre Expectations! Greg showed up on time to review the work that I wanted to have completed and to provide a quote. Coincidentally, the week that he was coming to do the quote I had pipes burst and a flood that destroyed the ceiling, walls, insulation and sheet rock in my garage. I asked if while they were there they would take a look and provide an estimate for the repair. He said that it needed to be remediated immediately to avoid mold and additional damage. He offered to call someone he knew to complete the work that day. The contractor was unavailable and so he said that he would get his crew to do it. They were back 2 hours later and completed the remediation that day. I hired Hyre Expectations to remodel a powder room, put in a butler’s pantry and a host of other things. "We are so happy to have selected Hyre Expectations for a recent remodel project. We needed to turn a non-functional storage space into a closet for our master bedroom. Greg came to assess the project and immediately had a great vision of what could be done. After developing a plan for a new dormer, the crew got to work and could not have been kinder.
